TERMS OF SERVICE // GETSEENHQ.COM
Last System Update: October 4, 2026
Welcome to GetSeenHQ.com (the "Platform"). By accessing the 60 FPS Canvas Interface, registering a product, casting star ratings, or logging written forensic critiques, you (the "Operator" or "User") agree to be bound by this strict cryptographic and behavioral Terms of Service agreement. If you do not agree to these structural boundaries, terminate your connection to the server immediately.
1. THE PLATFORM MISSION & CATEGORY FILTERING
GetSeenHQ operates exclusively as a deep-level peer review board and market saturation indexing network for low-level infrastructure software, systems architecture, hardware tools, and discrete services.
- The Seriousness Gate: To maintain the structural integrity of our data logs, the Platform reserves the absolute, unappealable right to evaluate and remove any product submission deemed non-serious, incomplete, or outside the technical scope of systems engineering (including but not limited to un-vetted boilerplate SaaS wrappers, joke products, or empty landing pages).
- No Refund Policy: Products purged for violating the category filtering guidelines are completely ineligible for a refund of their $4.99 infrastructure tracking fee.
2. ANTI-ABUSE & CIVIL CRITIQUE STANDARDS
We treat qualitative written insights like physical forensic evidence. While we encourage brutal, unvarnished architectural critiques regarding performance, friction, and cost, the Platform enforces an absolute zero-tolerance policy against behavioral abuse.
- Prohibited Content: Users are strictly barred from transmitting, posting, or saving strings that contain "fighting words," profanity, personal insults, targeted harassment, hate speech, defamation, or raw marketing spam.
- The Enforcement Protocol: Any written critique that violates these
boundaries will be instantly and permanently deleted from the
data.jsonstorage file system. The offending operator's IP footprint will be blacklisted across our Nginx firewall layer, and their right to interact with the metric matrix will be revoked.
3. THE INFRASTRUCTURE LISTING FEE & ACCOUNT STATE
- The $4.99 Transaction: Registering a new product requires a flat, non-refundable infrastructure fee of $4.99. This fee functions solely as a hardware-funding mechanism and a zero-maintenance spam filter to prevent automated bot networks from exhausting server memory resources.
- The 30-Day Sandbox Horizon: Every newly registered track defaults to
a free 30-day sandbox trial. Upon expiration of the 30-day cycle, the product profile card
will transition to an
ARCHIVE_LOCKOUTstate on the public canvas grid. To restore active operational state parameters and allow the owner to reply to critics, the account must maintain an active premium subscription.
4. DECENTRALIZED AUTHENTICATION & SECURITY DISCIPLINE
GetSeenHQ is engineered to be entirely dependency-free and privacy-preserving. We do not maintain centralized user databases, track cookies, or hold un-peppered local password arrays.
- Passphrase Responsibility: When an operator registers a product, they select a private password that is converted straight into an irreversible, peppered SHA-256 hash token.
- The Absolute Recovery Blocker: The server cannot read, retrieve, reset, or recover a lost password string. If an operator loses their passphrase, they lose the ability to publicly respond to critiques or verify their identity on the canvas grid forever.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & SYSTEM FORENSICS
- Data As-Is Status: All star telemetry metrics, market saturation tracking percentages, and written critique logs rendered on the canvas interface represent user-curated opinions and crowdsourced data streams. GetSeenHQ provides no legal warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or market performance implications of these metrics.
- VPS Operational Constraints: GetSeenHQ is self-hosted on private virtual private server infrastructure. While the platform utilizes atomic tmp-and-rename file transactions to protect storage channels against data corruption, the platform is not liable for data loss, server downtime, or packet connection faults encountered on the network boundary.
